We can't thank you enough Catherine! Amazing customer service!! We were let down by our original booking, Ace Casino Hire - Jo Monk at the last minute i.e. 6.30 pm on the night of the event which started at 7.30 pm. We had received a confirmation email from Jo Monk 3 days prior to the event confirming booking so we had faith in him.  When he did not turn up on the night we rang several companies.  Luckily Catherine's company Lost Vegas was one of them.  She bent over backwards to accommodate us even though she had another booking that evening. She promised to turn up and kept in phone contact throughout the evening until she arrived with her team. Thanks to her the evening was saved and everyone had a great time.  We would definitely reccommend her and use her for ourselves in the future!
